About Tranztec

Tranztec empowers transportation and logistics businesses to turn integration and data into a real strategic advantage.

Tranztec Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Toby Miller in Perrysburg, Ohio, with a simple premise: transportation and logistics businesses shouldn't have to choose between a modern technology stack and the systems they already run on. Twenty-five years later, that's still the job — connecting TMS, telematics, and freight-partner systems so carriers, fleets, and technology providers can add capability without ripping out what already works.

What started as Tranzactor, an EDI and application-to-application integration engine, has grown through the VIA platform era into today's connectivity layer — now expressed through FuzionPro, Tranzactor Toolkit, and Modules, all running on the same set of 60+ prebuilt, normalized integrations across TMS, telematics/ELD, trailer tracking, and digital freight platforms.

Tranztec is backed by a fully U.S.-based team working out of Perrysburg, Ohio, and was named a 2024 Top Workplace for the Greater Toledo Area by The Blade. In 2021, Tranztec closed a Series A funding round led by Tamarind Hill to accelerate the platform's growth.

Where we're headed

Beyond today's products, we're building toward a unified Collaboration OS — a shared operating layer across connectivity, visibility, carrier trust, and payments.
